Vegetable Sambal Kale

Material:

- 200 g kale, pick the leaves

- 75 g of fried peanuts

- 2 limes

- Chilli sauce:

- 8 curly red chilies

- 4 red bird's eye chilies

- 1 red tomato, cut into pieces

- 1 tsp fried shrimp paste

- 1 tsp salt

- Sprinkled:

- 1 tbsp fried shallots

How to make:

- Boil enough water, boil the kale until wilted. Drain well.

- Immediately flush with boiled water until cold. Drain well.

- Sambal: Grind all the chili ingredients.

- Add lime juice, mix well.

- Put the boiled kale in a serving plate.

- Give Sambal.

- Sprinkle fried peanuts and shallots.

- Serve immediately.

Serves 4 servings.
