Food Tofu Lontong Soy Sauce

Material:
- 2 good white tofu
- 100 g bean sprouts, cleaned
- 100 g of cabbage, coarsely sliced
- Sprinkle
- 50 g of fried peanuts
- 2 tablespoons of fried shallots
- 1 tbsp finely chopped celery leaves
- Sauces
- 300 ml of beef broth
- 150 g of ground beef, cut into small pieces
- 100 ml of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- Smooth
- 10 green cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp sugar salt
How to Make:
- Deep fry tofu in hot oil until browned. Drain.
- Cut tofu 1x1x2 cm in size. Set aside.
- Boil bean sprouts and cabbage briefly. Drain.
- Sauce : Boil ground spices with broth, beef, soy sauce and petis until it boils. Pick up.
- Arrange rice cake, tofu, bean sprouts, cabbage on a serving plate.
- Flush with the Sauce.
- Sprinkle ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
